During the IPL process, there is a started task called CAIRIM (CAI Resource Initialization Manager) that runs to verify licensed products from CA. This may also be called CAS (Common Address Space, I believe was the name) if your CA product usage goes back far enough. If you find the PARMLIB that this job uses, it will list most (if not all) of your CA products along with the version being executed. You may need to consult with CA about the meaning of (for example) VERSION(L730) for a product, but I believe the product guide for CA lists these version identifiers as well.

Alternately, you can bring up the executing JCL for each product and check the version number listed in the job output -- pretty much all CA products have some form of version identifier displayed during start up.
