CEDA is "CICS Enhanced Declare Attributes" used to make entires to FCT, PCT, PPT online.

it is also defined as

" COMMAND EXECUTION DIAGNOSTIC ATTRIBUTES "
OR
" CICS EXECUTION DIAGNOSTIC ATTRIBUTES "
