What do you mean with Library? I only know partitioned dataset with this name...
Are you talking about the different environments?

as far as iam concerned there are mainly two libraries they are 1.system library and 2.private library.if we assign any steplib system will check the member in the private libray first and then it will search for the system library.if not it will search for the member in the system library.if am wrong pleasse correct me. |

Three libraries are there.Temp lib,private lib,System lib ..System libraries are located in sys1.linklib.(admin will know abt )
First the system will search the temp libif it is not there then it will go for the private lib.In private lib the searching order is steplib
then job lib.if both will present in the job , steplib will override the joblib. |
