copying a file to a db2 table.

i have a plat file consists of 10000 records.
i want to copy this file into a db2 table which is already containing the data. while copying it is abended at some point ,then what is the procedure to restart from that record.

Which kind of load are you using?
Are you coping thru a Cobol program or a IBM utility?
Which kind of abend have you encountered?
Explain better your work.

it is by cobol program itself.
after copying some records,if any abend
what is the procedure to restart from that record.
