MVS command to purge a user-id

Can anyone tell me a MVS command which I can use in REXX to Purge any userid. In spool I can purge a user by writing P in front of it.

1. You may call SDSF.
2. If you are allowed to enter operation-people command "C U=id".

And the idea of the interview questions forum is that you the poster suggest a solution and the members will tell you if you are correct or possibly offer better solutions.

Maybe I can negotiate a discount with my card issuer as it seems that the staff are spending more time on the forums than working.
