Hi All.
I am new to VSAM and want to seletively copy data from One VSAM to another one.
The requirement is -- gather records from VSAM1 which have XXXX anywhere in the record ( not essentially in KEY ) and copy it to another VSAM2 ... VSAM2 should have same layout etc as VSAM1 .. and VSAM2 would be used for further processing..

Is VSAM2 already defined? If not, you'll need to define it before attempting to use it. |
