I need to find out the current maintanance level of CICS.
Will it be logged somewhere? SYSLOG or CICS logs can be of any help?
I also need to find the SMP/E libraries of CICS.
Thanks in advance. |

why don' t You ask Your support,
we know little about Your orgnization, Your standards, Your setup
but there is no such a thing as a maintenance level
PTF' s are atomic, when an error is discovered only the affected modules are fixed
the only thing that You can find out are the PTF' s installed and the affected modules
depending on the order and the distribution method You might find out that
the CICS has been updated to a monthly ptf level
for example the CICS You received for ibm was the base + all the maintenance up to january 2009 ( for example )
but all this info will be only in the docs |

I also need to find the SMP/E libraries of CICS. |
FWIW - On many systems access to these libraries is quite restricted. |
