Update a table column with a prefix of 2

i need to update a db2 table , below is the requirement

all the phone nos. in a phone_no field which is the key field should be updated with a prefix of 2.

Hello,

Unload the table.

Adjust the phone number per the requirement.

Re-load the table.

You need a backup anyway. . .
