Which abend if dataset not found

if a dataset mentioned in a jcl not found in catalog then when the job is run. which abend?

It will not abend.

Why not try it for yourself and see what happens.

Hi felix

There is a difference when a job gaves a JCL Error , or Return Code . or Abends. All the three are different and many a time freshers confuse between the three and simply refer to them as 'the job abended'.
