The link which was sent is the official IBM documentation, which requires that you spend some time understanding these definitions.
Have you had any exposure to CICS?
If not, then perhaps you need to spend time with a colleague and allow he/she to give you an overview as well as suggestions for understanding the basics.

I am working in CICS since last one and a half year. I always use eibresp but never eibrcode so i want to know what is the significance of this stuff. |

EIBRCODE has additional data about the command response. However, I've never had a requirement to use anything other than EIBRESP since it pretty much tells you what you need to know. If you're debugging a tricky problem, EIBRCODE may provide additional data for you (and may not, too). |
