Hello All,
I need to update string from ABC TO DEF in selective member of a dataset
All the member Like xxxMTxxx contain MT as 4th & 5th character need to update.
Dataset contain around 1000 Member.
Please provide DFSORT solution for this |

Does the 'ABC' occur only once in a member? Or multiple times? Is yes, are they occurring at the same position? |

DFSORT only operates on one member at a time. DFSORT cannot process selected members of a PDS using a wildcard. You'd need to use REXX or some other facility outside of DFSORT to process multiple members. |
