DFSORT/ICETOOL Help for joining two files

Hi,

I have two files both fixed length file of length 13.

File 1:
01 AA
02 BB
03 DD
04 CC

File 2:
01 0000005
02 0000137
01 0000302
03 0000472
03 0000503

Is there any way to get the output as mentioned below using ICETOOL/DFSORT:
01 AA 0000005
02 BB 0000137
01 AA 0000302
03 DD 0000472
03 DD 0000503

or kindly suggest me the best way to acheive this.
