| In z900 2064 model,can we communicate between primary support element and HMC when alternate support element is in not operation status? |

Sure. You can communicate to the system(Primary SE) through HMC.
Through HMC, we can also manage more than one systems. |

Hi
But HMC shows message that,without both the SE's working we cant communicate. |
