I'm trying to new copy a program but I'm recieving IO error. Can any one provide more details to this?

Hello,
There is additional diagnostic info presented concerning the i/o error.
You need to post the additional info with the message id's.
Look in the joblog (1st queued sysout dataset) or possible the msgusr output. There may be other info in other datasets as well. If all else fails, you might have the cics support provide you with the transaction dump.
Have you ever successfully brought in a new copy of some program from this pds? |

Instead of using the SET COPY command, use the SET PHASEIN command instead and see if that makes a difference.
