Hello,
VS COBOL is an IBM compiler/product. MicroFocus COBOL is a MicroFocus compiler/product.
Suggest you ask something more specific as the the question asked is not something a forum reply would answer well.
What is it that you really want to know? |

They are both standards-compliant compilers. The main differences are in file references, which depend on whether you're on the PC or mainframe. Check out either manual for implementation specific sections and that will tell you what is unique to each. |
