Hi,

I have a S0C7 abend which I suspect was cause due to bad data in a DATE field. If there a way that we can check that field in each record to see if it have the right date format (Data) the format of the date expected if 'YYYY-12-DD'

Hello,

Is there some reason you did not include this with your existing topic for the same 0c7?

The answer is yes, of course you can - write the code to validate the data. . . .
