Hi,
A RRDS file is having thousnads of records, whose layout is like this:

Header record.
Data records.
Trailer record.

And the number of records are, say 100000 but I need only 10 records which includes header, 8 records and trailer. So in this when i know the number of records I can use SKIP. but what if dont know the count of records.

So please suggest me the solution.
thanks.
