Hello,
I have no idea what you are asking. . .
It may help if you post some information or jcl or anything else that will clarify your question.
What is it that you are trying to do? |

My job has to access two datasets from different systems. So i am looking to provide the USER keyword pointing to more than one application. is this possible? |

Hi,
Sorry not to disappoint you but both the posts from you don't support each other & subject line takes me totally in differnt direction..
Let's go by subject line: yes that's posible you can have dedicated SYSOUT classes setup which will map to different systems.
If I go by your posts - I don't happen to understand how do you percept "USER" keyword of JCL, may be this link can provide some hint:

Hello,
If the datasets are on shared dasd, there should be no issue with "the USER keyword pointing to more than one application".
Users typically do not point to even one application. . .
As i mentioned before, more information would probably help - especially the jcl you want to use. |
