what does the maxdiff field in comparex utility do? and what other fields can be used with this utility? |

Hi,
In each comparison product there is a parameter that tells the product to stop reporting differences after some, say N, have been displayed. If you set this parameter to 1, you will get 1 reported difference..
Not sure much, I think CONTINUE can be used with MAXDIFF. |

Yea you are right. CONTINUE is used with MAXDIFF. But even if i give MAXDIFF=0 it is showing differences. Pls help. Will I be able to see the reported differences in spool or somewhere? |

I can't be of much help, I don't have COMPAREX installed at my site, please search in google on "MAXDIFF + comparex", you might get a hint. Or go through the manuals.
