How to map two files

Hi all,

I have two vb files.
Dreiver as file1 and file2
I need to map file1 with file 2 and output as file3 with respect to acc and product.

Is is possible to map above coditions using sort

if so can any one provde with examples...

LRECL file 1=
LRECL file 2 =
RECFM file 1 =
RECFM file 2 =
Key pos file 1 =
Key pos file 2 =

You may also attempt to use the search button at the top of the page as this has been demonstrated numerous times.

I do not believe that "map" is the word you want. I believe you want "match" (as in compare the files by key(s).

Yes, you can do this with the sort.
