Hi,

With this much of experience, interview would likely bend towards technical side. However, they might ask about the objective of project & then about your role from that context. Some times they ask about the SDLC procees of your shop, eventually they want to know how the requirement was started & reached to an analyst programmer. Well, it's a general perception of mine..opinion might differ person to pserson though.

'153 object error' seems to be in relation with linux, sorry I don't speak that, I work on IBM COBOL.

If I were the interviewer, I'd be asking about your experience working on projects. How well do you know the flow of a project, what are different responsibilities for members of a project team, how have you handled conflict and changes in specifications or deadlines. Have you facilitated project meetings, or been at least been involved as a participant. What roles have you played in coordinating a project. Do you have experience using project tracking software.

I'd want to know about the most successful project you've been involved with, as well as one that might not have turned out as planned.
