Is there any JCL check better than TYPRUN=SCAN that is available without any proprietary product, i.e. if there is no JEMCHK available, what's the best thing available? |

Apart from correct typing and TYPRUN=SCAN
Nothing else that I know of that is free |

JCLPREP..... and Lot many in the list . But i don't think these are available for free. |

Hi, JCLPREP is not a free product, but you can do pretty amazing things with it over and above validation. I've used it to generate multiple different versions of JCL from a single source member to run on lots of different test systems, amongst other things! |
