Hi,
I am having an online transaction which will update three IMS Databases.
The job abended After updating first two IMS databases and before updating third database.
Even though the job got abended, the update was not rolled back from the first two database.
Here the three DB's are not in Sync. Could any body tell me how to maintain ISOLATION level in IMS?
Thanks,

Hello,
In this regard ISOLATION level in IMS can be maintained by using Checkpoints in the application program.

You cannot have checkpoints in an IMS DC program - only in BMP. You may want to check with your systems programmers about your automatic backout. If your program updated 2 of 3 databases in 1 transaction and did not automatically backout the updates then you have a big problem. |

That probably was muliple-mode. Sandy referred to the common way of single-mode where checkpoints are implicit at the GU-call at the message-queue which is done after hitting the ENTER key (or after the program switch).
Edit:
For TS; follow the sticky, there's a lot about isolation. |
