what is the command to be used to find out the person(RACF ID details) who closed/opened a file in the cics region? |

I can't think of any command to give you this data -- especially since files can be set to open upon first reference, so there may be NO person to open the file. |

check in cics started task and in syslog. you can find who closed or opened the files. |
