Flat File is ordinary files used in a COBOL program.
Table is an organized data structure used in DB2 Programs. |

Hi,
Flat file is a physical sequential file (PS) used in Cobol program either as a input file or output file which can be read from or written into.
A table is a organised structure of data which can be created using SQL DDL statements like create Table....
