Meaning of "DUMP DATASET" used through ADRDSSU

I need to know the meaning of this command used to dump vsam datasets.

DUMP DATASET(INCLUDE -
(dataset1 -
dataset 2 -
dataset 3 -
dataset 4 -
dataset 5)) -
OUTDDNAME (VSMBKP) -
CANCELERROR -
OPTIMIZE(1) -
TOLERATE(ENQFAILURE) -
WAIT(2,2)


What do each of the parameters tell us ? Especially, the WAIT parameter ?
