Hi,
I want to get the list of jobs from SAR along with Jobid which has run on some particular date. |

Hi VPR,
For getting the list of JOBs ran on a particular date, you have to change the selection creteria in SAR to date instead of JOB_name.
Simply, instead of giving the JOB name and hitting enter., you have to give the DATE ( aganist the DATE field ) and hit enter. |

Yes, but what changes must be done in batch JCL when we will usa SARBCH utility. |

SARBCH utility is basically used for Batch retrival function from CA-View. Please read "CA-View System Reference Manual" for more information.
You can even code & use assembler/REXX program to extract list of job names from SAR database. You need to first extract GCR records alone to a dataset and use SARGCR assembler macro to map those records and programatically check the required fields, extract data, format and print required fields. |
