Hi ..
i am trying to copy records from One vsam files to another vsam files in file-aid and its contains more than millions of record ..
now i want to stop in middle of copying ?
Below i had given screen of data showing ????

If there are more than millions of records in your VSAM file, it's always better to use the QUICK option in the selection criteria to copy only the selected records.
It is not a good practice to stop in the middle. |

hi
You can specify the no of records need to copy in the copy option 3.3 of fileaid.But i feel using the batch option is better sice we are using this much of records.
