To insert a line after the job card

Does anyone know if you can use fileaid to insert 2 line of code after the job card for more than i members .

Also we need to insert the line only if the USER parameter has the value UCC7JOB

for ex:

This is my job card of one of the member in the pds
ACI001M4 JOB (P8675000,0000),'FFS IMAGING'
CLASS=A,TIME=1439,
MSGCLASS=9,USER=UCC7JOB

since USER= UCC7JOB

i need to to insert to more lines in the above member
