Can the attributes for embedded links with text names be changed so they really stand out? This difference in coloration is so subtle that when someone says look here, it's not always obvious.

It would be better if links are displayed with Underlined, Dark colored.

Hi,

I re-read the previous post & felt I went little rude..eh..

I just wanted to make a point that we can change font color of embedded links if needed.

Do you really need the underline over bold?

Hi,

Same concern was made by Douglus some days back, eh..I'm not getting the pointer for that right now. Might be something to do with their local settings or we can use some other color/settings for embedded links.

Hi,

Usually web application have un-visited links in Blue text, to make the links stand out we can use under-lined blue-bold text (this is already in place), As in click here...just a personal view.

Hello,

IIRC, the issue the other day was that the color did NOT change (even to the "blue" in question). My understanding was that the text was only "highlighted" when the mouse was moved over it.

I was trying to duplicate that condition, but was out for the last week.

Hi,

Yeah, other day issue had something to do with color, unless user hover the mouse to the embedded link s/he was not able locate the link, might be 'everything' (text) on her/his screen was in black.

One more thing, here in our forum background color & embedded links color are nealry same, this could be one of the reason. Further, I also tried to replicate, after HTML off but still the color difference is obvious at my end.

Hi,
