Send message through TSO.

I am writting a REXX Exec in which I am using

send '<message>' user(userid) logon
the message should be sent after the user logon but intead I am gettimg a message

IKJ55075I BROADCAST DATA SET NOT USABLE+
IKJ55075I I/O SYNAD ERROR

I am always amazed by people who have the skill to wite rexx scripts,
but lack the creativity of searching and reading the messages and codes manuals

I did place a link to ALL of the TSO & REXX manauls at the top of this forum. It was still there one minute ago

Maybe OP just missed it. See if I can highlight a bit more
