hi,
I have a input file
physicsachemistry etc
when detecting that specific char 'a' it has to put in the second record.
so first record with
physics
second record with
achemistry
please help me out using dfsort |

You need to do a better job of describing the "rules" you want to use before anyone can help you. Show an example with more input records/variations and the expected output records. Explain the "rules" in terms of the example. Also, give the RECFM and LRECL of the input file. |
