How to catalog a dataset in user catalog

How to catalog a dataset in user catalog suppose if it is catalog in master catalog?[/b]

It can only be cataloged in ONE place ant any one time, so I guess you would need to uncatalog the dataset, define the appropriate alias and then recatalog the dataset.
