Help needed to resolve SOC4 relating to CEEPLPKA Module?

Hi Guys,

I've an ENT PLI program which calls another program, and in the called program i'm getting connected to database to insert and update the records based on the input passed to the calling program.

When i'm submitting the JCL to execute this program i'm getting this abend 'SYSTEM COMPLETION CODE=0C4 REASON CODE=00000011'.

And the intresting part is that the database record id getting updated.

The Complete error description is

We are also facing a similar kind of problem while running a PL1 program...


Could you please let us know how you resolved the issue..?

check in Your load concatenation for the presence of a back level ceeplpka

ABEND in CEEPLPKA could indicate that there was at least one non-LE ESTAE setup within the failed jobstep.

CEEPLPKA is an IBM LE ESTAE/ESPIE (retry/recovery) module.

Should you want to have the problem resolved -- you'd need to contact IBM and open ETR.
