Hi,
When you go to the job status panel in ISPF ( generally s.1.st ) then you must give OWNER USERID in the command line. All jobs which were submitted by the user with mainframe id USERID will be displayed. And so will be the MAXCC be displayed so you can view the status of the jobs like that but viewing of the whole spool I am not sure if you will have teh access to do that.
Thanks & Regards,

Only if you ask for the status of a job: try with command TSO STATUS XXXXXX where XXXXXX is the name of job(from everywhere).
You can also specify the job number adding:
TSO STATUS XXXXXX(JOB12345) |

Go To ISPF PANEL & then S.ST...
Give at the COMMAND INPUT ===> PRE JOBNAME*
Then COMMAND INPUT ===> OWNER USERID*
& The Job will be displayed there.
