Hi ,
I had a chance a execute a Job in test for the testing we carry out in our work. Normally this job runs for 2hrs in production with all resources getting allocated without any restriction however in test i am not getting the resources even after using the /*JOBPARM T-400 parameter and REGION=0M parmater.
Please help me in this issue. I am trying this for a week. There is no problem in the data nor the program. Because it ran fine by splitting the files
Thanks

You did not tell what kind of problems You experienced,
if what You are complaining is just the elapsed, then You are out of luck...
resources are allocated based on the importance of the job,
and in any setup batch test runs have usually the lowest priority,
even lower than compilations |

It sounds like your TEST system doesn't have enough horsepower. Is it necessary to do a full blown test, can't you just test with a sample of the data. |
