How to use cursor to display all the data when we press PF08 AND PF08.

actuaaly i mae wrong question...instead of cursor ,it shoud be scroll.
In ISPF We have scrolling option do display imformation (eg. to display all members of PDS members we used DOWN and UP to scroll down and scroll up) . pls help me to implement in same panel.
