Hi Harpreet,

May be its too late for you, but I am posting this for future users,

If the procedure is an online procedure, it will open the window as soon as you run it. But if you want some pieces of code to be executed first (eg. a security check), Then you can use an event action 'window open' in the Navigation diagram.
Steps:
Go to the Navigation Diagram
Right click on the window
Click on Details>Events Yo will get a dialog box Event Processing
Select event type as Open
Go to the client procedure where you will have a event action and you can code anything you want to execute before you can continue with the window.
