Hi,
Am executing a DB2 Stored procedure from ASP. Getting this error.
Microsoft OLE DB Provider for ODBC Drivers (0x80004005)
[IBM][CLI Driver][DB2] SQL30005N Execution failed because function not supported by the server: location "" product ID "" reason code "". SQLSTATE=56072
Can any one guide me how to resolve this?
Thanks. |

Hello,
Do you have anything working from that win-based system to db2 or is this the first attempt?
With no more to go on, it sounds like there is a problem in the data source definition. Once you define the data source, are you able to successfully test the connection?
If you have not already done so, i'd suggest talking with the dba(s) and the network support people from both ends to track down the problem(s). |

Thanks Dick.
Seems like the stored procedure consumed more CPU service units than the ASUTIME value allows. DB2 might have cancelled the procedure.
ASUTIME was increased to resolve this. |
