Dear Admin,
I can not post Private Message now, when I try to post PM(private message) , a Message shows up like:

Now I realize that what I did was illegal,(I only just want to make friends....)

| Yes, you can send PMs to make friends here. But sending the same message to 10 or 100 members is considered as SPAM. (just now I got 5 more complaints against you!!!). Let me to wait!!! |

Yes , I sent several (around 10) similar PM to different persons in a single day,by far I recognized that was not permitted...
