Hi,
Is there any way we can send an email to a user from a CICS program? From bacth programs we can code IEBGENER step right? What about CICS? |

There are a few ways to accomplish depending upon what
you want to accomplish.
1. Easiest approach, review a couple of software products that
are inexpensive and easy to install/use.
CICS/Notify ABEND
CICS2PDF
Use [URL] BBCode for External Links
2. write something on your own to use CICS SPOOL and SMTP
3. write something on your own to submit a batch job that runs
an IEBGENER
