Can anybody help me out in knowing the equivalent of search and search- all of cobol in pl/I. If could give a test example of this,will be great |

Hello,
What info is contained at the posted link that relates to the question about SEARCH and SEARCH ALL? The only "search" info i see is for string searching. . . Are you familiar with COBOL's SEARCH and SEARCH ALL?
Maybe i've misread the info at the link. . . |

As for the question: investigate the builtin functions of PL/1; you can also build your own builtin functions. Some info but you might look further |
