Anu,
To my knowledge we do not have any ++INCLUDE and INCLUDE.
I think you are trying to view the program without expand mode in PANVALET. Which will result in ++INCLUDE (Meaning the included member is not expanded in your source code).
If you open the same code in expand mode the include gets expanded ther by you are seeing only INCLUDE.
