Where is a list of all Supervisor Calls? (SVCs)

I have not needed to look at SVCs in years, but now I do. Where can I find a list of all of them? (On the internet) Or, can someone post a list, please. I thought they would be on yellow card, or in Principles of Operations manual but I cannot find them either place.
When I say "all of them" I mean a list of the numeric code that identifies what type of SVC it is. E.G. as another poster said, 13 is abend, 8 is load, 9 is delete, I believe 10 is getmain, etc.

The SVC' are part of the operating system.
They are not the same in E.G. DOS or OS.
Some of the basic are:

0 = Request for IO operation.
2 = Call a transient.
