Hello,

Is this

really INIT?

If yes, it means initiator (which is where jobs run).

Drained means that your scheduling or operations people (or maybe the system support people) have marked that particular initiator to stop accepting new work for some reason - an executing job in that initiator will complete, but no new jobs will be started. When the time is right, the initiarot will be (re-)started. After the initiator is "stopped" you may see a status of "draining" until it becomes "drained".
