How to find whether my shop has DFSORT or not

because i have been seeing only syncsort in procs i never came across dfsort.how to find whether i have dfsort or not.

Run your sort product,

if it has ICExxxs messages (e.g. ICE000I), it is DFSORT.
if it has WERxxxs messages, it is Syncsort.

Some shops do have both DFSORT and Syncsort. In that case, one product would be the primary sort product that's executed by default, and a JOBLIB or STEPLIB would be needed to execute the other sort product. Your system programmers should be able to tell you if both products are installed, and if so the libraries you can JOBLIB or STEPLIB to in order to execute the other product.
