What is the importance of Level number 49

What is the importance of Level number 49. ( Interview Question ).
I told level 49 is the last level in Group structure. But the interviewer expected some other answer. let me know if you guys know the answer.

Hi,
Level number 49 is used to indicate a
varying length character string to DB2.
