Finding the cpu time of a transaction

Hello,

I have got a report for cics transactions which contains following data for every transaction per day
User CPU Time Avg
Response Time Avg
QR CPU Time Avg
#Tasks

I need to find the total cpu time taken by a transaction in a day.

I am not sure if i need to take into account QR CPU Time Avg also in calculating the same.

Can anybody help me in analyzing this data

Speak to the people responsible for performance/capacity planning.

They would, if they do their job correctly, have this data to create a report for tyou.

I have recently worked on MIPS reduction of CICS transactions, we used to calculate User CPU Time Avg
Response Time Avg
QR CPU Time Avg
#Tasks Using Mainview tool.

We do not have access to this tool, but we used to send transaction run time details to client, they inturn used to send all the details required.
