Hi,
I have a scenario like this - I have a table and need to select a particular row from it (passing a cloumn value in WHERE clause) if found else i need to select all the rows having blank value for that column .
But not both at a time. Can this be possible in a single query?

No, either a single query with all the data or two querys so that "not both at a time". |
