Sort the records in the 51st position for a length of 2 char

I have a requirement where in i need to sort the records in the 51st position for a length of 2 chars and should include only those records with reason code 01 which is there in 49th position for a length of 2 chars.

Use the following -

Code:

   INCLUDE COND=(49,2,CH,EQ,C'01')
   SORT FIELDS=(51,2,CH,A)
